Acquire new students online and improve CRM process
University of Prince Edward Island Cairo campus needed to recruit local and international students for the next academic year. They issues an RFP then sourced AlCaz Media as the winning agency define acquisition strategy, execute paid media campaigns, advise on CRM sales process lead management and automation and ensure accurate performance tagging and measurement.

  • Deep-dive review: advised on best practices and optimization opportunities to improve marketing operations
  • Findings: identified 50 value add opportunities and draft comprehensive strategy to recruit students for spring
  • Paid Media: defined a comprehensive media plan and execution across Google Search Ads, Pmax, Retargeting, Facebook ads, TikTok Ads and SnapChat with 5X ROAS on year 1 and 20X ROAS over the lifetime of program
  • Creative: designed new banner creatives and video ads to be leveraged on paid social and Pmax campaigns
  • CRM: audited the CRM lead process and made improvement to increase conversion and automate processes
  • Tagging: implemented landing page and registration form advanced tagging across the conversion journey
  • Automation: provided new ways to apply CRM automation from round robin to automatic sales assignment
