Chawa is a luxury Japanese tea and matcha brand, offering an immersive and refined experience rooted in over 150 years of heritage. They needed to enter the GCC market with a new brand localization that is appropriate to the local customers.
The Results

Our work with CHAWA focused on building a premium, culturally authentic brand system that could scale across retail, F&B, and digital touch points. The engagement centered on clarity, consistency, and commercial impact, not decoration.
